Background Information
Lihwena is located on the outskirts of Songea Municipality in the Ruvuma region of Tanzania. The ward has two primary schools and a secondary school nearby whose students will benefit from the new library. Additionally, other locals will benefit from the newspapers, books, and other information that the library will provide.
